Simply put, we perform modification in your home that serve to keep you FOREVER HOME.
We perform big or small jobs.
We are CAPS (Certified Aging in Place) certified, a designation awarded by the NAHB to individuals who have completed training on how to modify homes to accommodate safety and independence for homeowners.
About The Owner
Terry Anderson
Terry has always had a passion for accessibility remodeling.
Years ago, his son, a country music artist, was injured in a car accident that required in-home rehabilitation.
More recently, his sister needed in-home modifications and a complete lifestyle change due to a stroke at a very young age.
Each incident has further reinforced two things:
1. People want to go home and stay home instead of a hospital or rehabilitation center.
2. The need for home modifications can happen to anyone at any time.
Terry now dedicates his life work to keeping everyone FOREVER HOME.
